Editing the video capsules
Creating our self-learning video capsules for senior care has been an extraordinary challenge, marked by its inherent difficulty and complexity. This project has not only required a considerable investment of financial resources, but also a substantial dedication of time to achieve the expected result.
From the beginning, we set out to develop audiovisual material that was not only educational and informative, but also captivating and accessible. The complexity lies in the need to address a variety of issues related to senior care in a way that is comprehensive and understandable to a diverse audience.
The main difficulty has arisen when looking for the perfect balance between the depth of the content and the viewer's retention capacity. We have faced the challenge of condensing valuable information into learning capsules that are effective and attractive, considering the limited attention span and different ways of learning of our audience.
The investment of economic resources has been significant, both in the acquisition of technology and specialized equipment and in the hiring of expert professionals in the field. Each step of the process, from planning to post-production, has demanded meticulous care to ensure the quality and effectiveness of each video capsule.
Furthermore, the time spent has been a crucial factor in this project. From initial research to filming and editing, each phase has required careful attention to ensure that every detail contributes to the educational and motivational purpose of the videos. Every decision, from the selection of content to the choice of visual formats, has been carefully evaluated to achieve the desired impact.
Despite the challenges, we are proud of the end result and are confident that these video capsules will provide a valuable resource for those looking to improve their senior care skills. This project not only represents an achievement in terms of audiovisual production, but also a continued commitment to excellence in training and supporting those who play critical roles in the care of our elderly loved ones.

Second meeting in Lublin (Poland)
The second International Meeting of our project was held at the WSEI headquarters in Lublin, Poland, during April 13-14, 2023. The exchange of ideas and experiences among the diverse group of partners added a layer of richness to the discussions, fostering a more nuanced understanding of the various strategies used to address common challenges.
During the meeting, partners participated in detailed presentations, offering a comprehensive examination of the main initiatives and strategies implemented in their respective countries. This collective exchange of experiences played a fundamental role in forming the collaborative direction of the project, allowing for a cross-cultural exploration of effective methodologies and best practices in senior care.
Additionally, partners collectively undertook the task of selecting specific interventions that would be transformed into training capsules. This strategic decision-making process involved careful consideration of the impact, feasibility, and potential educational benefit of the selected interventions. The collaborative effort invested in this selection process reflects the commitment of all partners to create educational resources that are not only informative, but also tailored to the diverse needs of end users.
Special recognition is due to the WSEI team for their exceptional efforts in organizing and facilitating the meeting. Their dedication ensured the smooth execution of the event, creating an environment conducive to open dialogue and collaborative decision-making.
