DIGITRAINING is an international project that begins in early 2022 with the purpose of addressing the current context and contributing to the increase and strengthening of the capabilities of professionals involved in the home care process, as well as those who will be involved in the future. The main objective of the project is to improve the skills of these professionals to ensure quality care in the home environment.

To achieve this main objective, DIGITRAINING has set several objectives. Firstly, the generation of content that facilitates the increase and strengthening of professionals' capabilities is proposed. This involves developing educational and training materials that adapt to the specific needs of home care.

Secondly, the organization seeks to create the ideal conditions for these contents to be accessible through the technologies available today. It is intended that professionals can access these resources conveniently, either before or during their visits to the user. This implies the incorporation of technologies that make access to relevant information more convenient.

The achievement of both objectives mentioned above is expected to lead to the improvement of the capabilities of professionals involved in home care. As a result, an additional improvement is sought, specifically related to the materialization of person-centered care and the satisfaction of their needs.
